New Users/Clean Installation : You can directly Install v35(5)
Note for OLD Users : After updating to v35.5 you must go to the following URL : www.yoursite.com/index.php/update_password
Enter your Admin password and click Update.
Once you see successful message, you can use your site again.
In case you are an old user who has already upgraded to v35 and done this procedure, you will not need to do it again. If you do it again there will be no harm, just your admin password will not be accepted on this page. However you will be able to use your site normally.
